Lovely FANCY ANTIQUE CAKE TIN . The paint on the elaborate geometric design has faded to soft tones, wonderful pinks and blues on top, the sides a bit darker. Graphics of pretty lady holding a cake in center of lid. The metal edges and underside have aged to a rusty-colored patina, but the piece opens and closes easily. A few scuffs and scratches due to age - adding to it's chippy charm! Perfect to fill with treasures in your kitchen, bedroom or craft studio.
Exact date of this round cake tin is unknown, likely 1930's or early 1940's. Medium Size - Approx. 8 inches in diameter and 3 1/4 inches deep.
